Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Realm Outfitters, your satisfaction means everything to us. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Because each item is made-to-order, we handle returns a little differently than traditional retailers.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

Since all items are custom-printed to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Dislike of design after delivery

To help avoid sizing issues, we provide detailed size guides on every product page. Please check them before ordering.

🛠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong size, print, or item)

We will replace it at no cost.
Please email us at support@realmoutfitters.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

Once reviewed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.

⏳ Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued for:

  • Orders with confirmed print/manufacturing defects

  • Lost or undelivered packages after confirmed investigation

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

❗ Cancellations

We begin production shortly after orders are placed. If you need to cancel, contact us within 12 hours of your purchase. After that, we may not be able to stop production.
